Now that I know you can eat the blossoms, I've cut the stalks and they're in a mason jar with water staying very fresh, waiting for me to use them. I really think they're lovely. They're wet here, it was watering time for the oregano,in the background, and they got the fallout. They liked it though. It's been so hot here. 90.
