You sure I brought that? I wouldn't ingest anything till I'm sure......:).

According to this article, all cactus like plant(including hybrids i.e orchid cactus) has edible fruits, including yours, which looks like an orchid cactus plant. Orchid cactus does fruit, but not very big or as tasty as a real dragon fruit.

Did bring a few orchid cactus that have never bloomed here, could have been one of those. Fall swap last year? If so, I did bring a box of cuttings from j's garden.

Maybe some epiphyllum guatemalense fruit

Its best to post a photo of the flower on most epiphyllums in order to identify.
