Quick Question re: Canning Meat

I've just cut up 4 pork shoulder roasts, which are going to be raw-packed and pressure canned. Does it matter if some of the chunks aren't 100% thawed? They are thawed enough to cut with a knife - actually, some are just about the perfect "frozenness" for grinding.

Do I need to make sure they are completely, absolutely thawed before packing and canning, or will a mix of completely-thawed and semi-frozen meat be fine?

Thanks!
