Can anyone tell me what this is?

I purchased a small pot of "Moroccan Mint" last year and planted it, and as one expects mint to, it exploded.

It came back with a vengeance this spring.

I read somewhere that "Moroccan Mint" is a cultivar of Spearmint. Is that the case? I would be curious to know if it is actually grown in Morocco, if anyone knows.

I appreciate any input - thanks!
