Can anyone look up this recipe in the 2nd edition of Joy of Pickling for me? I only have the 1st ed. Someone posted the recipe on another forum and it's not complete (it's missing the sugar measurement), and I'd like to make sure nothing else got missed.

I did see a blurb on Google Books that you can use ripe (though not over ripe) melon for this, unlike the NCHFP recipe. But the post on the other forum also listed less vinegar than is used in the NCHFP so I'd like to double-check that as well as the sugar.
