It doesn't look like anyone checking the forum this week can use these. Let's just let this offer of lids work its way down to the bottom of the messages. Perhaps I'll post this sometime in the summer. I just hate to toss these if someone could use them. I'm sure you all understand.

I am very interested in these lids. I measured my wide-mouth jars and they should fit them. Have you tried them on wide-mouth jars? Also, I have used Bernardin lids many times before. Are these the regular lids? Sorry for so many questions. I would like the rings also if you think the lids will fit. Thanks....Linda

I'm bringing this old message up to the present again. I still have these lids. They're the GEM Snap Lids by Bernardin, and I just can not toss them. Please someone ... let me send them to you.

Okay, I just enquired from a freind who has perserved for 60 years and still doing it. She says these lids are for the old 1 quart GEM jars or CROWN jars. Not for the new MASON jars. So if you go yard shopping you might come across these old type of perserving jars. I hope this helps.
