My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Did anyone find out what kind of floor this is. The manufacturer, color etc? I'm currently building and would love to get this.

    http://www.californiaclassicsfloors.com/default.aspx Check out california classics. It is most likely a classic walnut distressed engineered floor. This company has incredible finishes based on the website. I am sourcing for a client and will be checking them out.
