Recently, had found an unused heated seed tray at the 2nd hand store for 5 dollars. Are there are any specific plants that are normally hard to germinate, that using this would drastically increase the success rate(ornamentals or vegies)?

Will be trying peppers again, but found in past tomatoes are the only things that have survived from seed for me in past setups.
