You may want to nick seed, then soak overnight - begin with hand-hot water. Sow approx 1/8" deep, bottom heat may be helpful. Covering your pot with plastic wrap or inserting into a plastic bag may retain moisture of your sowing medium - these can take anywhere from 1 - 7 weeks to germinate and germination may be erratic (meaning not all will germinate same time). If any of the seeds in a pot germinate, go ahead an uncover, don't wait for the rest to follow.
