Advice for dividing green wizard rudbeckia

I've had this in my garden for several years and it's become a pretty good size clump (several inches high and probably 6 inches wide above ground). Would love suggestions on the best way to divide this so I can add it to some other locations in my yard - or even share/trade.

Personally, I'd wait :-)) That is not a huge size for a rudbeckia and hardly qualifies as a size needing dividing. Mature size of this particular cultivar is 18-24" across and given it is a unique and somewhat less vigorous selection, I'd be inclined to allow it to achieve its maximum size before chopping it up.
