I have a lovely trellis over the gate to my fenced in (deer protection) garden. I'd like to plant a fruiting vine but the only ones I have found seem to have so-so fruit in z8 or don't have a whole lot of info about them (Kewi, Magnolia Vine-Schizandra chinensis, Passion Fruit etc.). I am really interested in an Aronia but don't think I have enough room to spare in the garden for a full blown shrub. Do you think I could train two of them to go up and over either side of a sturdy trellis?
