I currently sell at three farmer markets. I have a piece of land, 50 x100 that is wet in winter, some standing water but dries out in summer. Would like to grow vegetables there that I can sell. Was thinking about bamboo shoots? Any suggrstions would be appreciated. No flowers. Thanks for for help Darrell

Reverse moisture pattern of what bamboo and many other plants want. Might be a good place for corn, I've noticed damp ground that puddles in winter but warms and dries enough by May being used for corn elsewhere locally.
