Locally, try Hadley Garden Center on Route 9 in Mass. They have different stuff and the staff is glad to talk about inventory over the phone.

Didn't have time to do the search but if I'm looking for really unusual annuals, I go to the Annie's Annuals (high marks California mail order) website.

If she doesn't have them, try looking for the seeds. Lisianthus and Portulaca are really easy to start, even this late though the Lisianthus may not bloom until August.

The Lisianthus is difficult to find in nurseries because it is very tricky to germinate and raise from seed. I visited a farm that specialized in cut flowers this past season. The owner said that although Lisianthus made him the most money because of their near perfect, repeat blooms, it was extremely difficult to grow from seed and he dedicated/spent a lot of man hours raising them.

His farm was named Skinny Dip Farm, in Westport, MA. I suggest giving him a call to see what works best for him, where he sources his plants, etc.
