Blue Spruce new buds turn black

15 years ago

We planted several Blue Spruce last year. One of the tree's new buds turn black after appearing... the buds still have that healthy Spruce smell but they turned black. The other Blue Spruce new buds are green and popping... what's up with this one Blue Spruce?
