I usually plant garlic in early October, but I came down with that 3-week cold that's been going around and missed the sunny weather we had.

Theoretically it's not supposed to rain here today, and I could run out and plant. But then the rains pick up again tomorrow and continue into next week. Should I just wait until there's a stretch of relatively rain-free days? I'm worried about the cloves rotting in the too-wet soil.
