Hello, It will somewhat depend on your additional lighting. With cans as your general lighting, the combination should be good. That is a hard question to answer exactly without seeing your overall kitchen layout and lighting plan. All of my projects incorporate a variety of lighting options within one room to create different scene settings.

PS. Edison bulbs would be fantastic in those lighting fixtures.

I just purchased these pendants. They aren't installed yet, but I'm concerned about the glare if it's going to be to bright on the eyes. I do have recessed lights which is the primary light source along with an additional light over the kitchen table (similar to the Camilla) again something that the lights are not shaded. Just nervous that I have too much lighting that may be too Hard on the eyes?

Use dimmers on all of your lights if brightness is a concern.
