I have known Kayron for over a decade. She has designed a kitchen and a bathroom for me and now is designing all the colors, bathrooms and kitchen in our new farm house. She is a versatile designer who listens closely to what your objectives and goals are, and delivers! She is a master communicator and thinks outside the box. She has an excellent eye for colors, and understands how different variety of stones and tiles fit together to complement your style. I would only use Kayron as my designer and would enthusiastically recommend her.

Recently, We built a new home in Leiper's Fork, TN and we used Kayron Brewer to help us with our Master Bathroom. We had very specific wants for our new bathroom including two vintage sinks, open double showers, soaking tub and a private water closet. It was a tall list on a small budget and short time frame. We were unsure of hiring a designer because we had always designed rooms and plans ourselves, but this space was a real challenge so, we finally contacted Kayron to seek Her professional advice. I have followed and admired her work for years. The long distance process was simple! I sent her an email of our existing floor plan, along with a detailed list of our wants and needs. She was prompt in responding and within a few days she provided 4 different floorplans for us to choose from. It was a very hard decision because they were all great! We are thrilled with our new bathroom and I will absolutely use Kayron for more projects in the future.

My real estate agent recommended Kayron of Studio KB when we were trying to work through the redesign of my master bath. This bath required special design consderation of spatial layout to meet all required item for the Mbath, i.e. freestanding tub, storage with Hamper, good size seperate walkin shower. The previous bath was a terrible layout due to very bad DIY remodel by the prevous homeowner. Kayron was great to work with taking the time to understand my requirements and helping draw define what was most important. The design evolved quickly with the use of easy to visualize drawings and renderings. Kayron's working knowledge of the materials helps us create a design that fully coordinated, fuctional and looks great. Having done a kitchen remodel in a previous home about 6years ago, I thought I just needed a "little help". After meeting with Kayron, I realized how much there was to consider in designing a kitchen that would be truly functional while achieving an esthetic that would not be too dated in a few years. Kayron offered up alternatives which helped me work through what was really important to me, and make decisions on a major investment in our forever home. We spent time talking about how to layout an efficient workspace based how I like to prep foods, cook and clean. We talked about how many cooks would be in the kitchen, did I want guests in or out, what kind of lighting was needed in which spaces. Through these conversations, Kayron introduced me to new ideas, set priorities, assessed ergonomics and finalize a design that exceeded my expectations. As in all projects, We had a couple of hiccups but Kayron was always accommodating, pleasant and maintained her sense of humor. She quickly resolved any issues that came up, worked very closely with the contractor so we were always on the same page. Things went so well, we decided to start a master bath remodel before we completed the kitchen! Kayron is thoughtful in her design process, knowledgeable about products and trends and patient as heck!

Kayron Brewer is someone I whole heartedly recommend. Kayron’s experience with color, space planning, tile, fixtures and textiles completely transformed my tiny 1950’s bath. I was not sure which direction to take, but with her help and detailed elevations my bath is now a chic, functional, pink and grey combination of retro and modern elements. I’ve been living with the results for over a year and absolutely *love* getting ready each day. What I appreciate most about Kayron is her intuitive sense of materials and her ability to tie those to my goals. Our meetings were fun discussions of options which she had distilled down to a choice of 3 or 4 winners. We found Kayron on Houzz and were impressed by the designs she had posted and how quickly she responded to our request for an initial consultation. After completing a full kitchen remodel and a powder bathroom update we can now say Kayron delivers what she promises. From design all they way to picking out appliance and finishes, Kayron's advice was invaluable and she truly listens to what the client wants and stays within budget. Our kitchen and bath are more useful and beautiful than we could have hoped for -- all due to Kayron.

Working with Kayron was a pleasure. We had an initial meeting to discuss our needs for our bathroom remodel and on our second meeting she had created three different options that all succeeded in meeting our needs in different ways. She always came to our meetings with options - just enough to keep it interesting, but not too many as to overwhelm. She was flexible and accommodating. We love the end result and have and would recommend her work to others.

I was introduced to Kayron Brewer by my contractor. My project was the master bathroom and closet. Not knowing where to begin Kayron helped me with visuals and drawings as we brainstormed my project. My bathroom is totally transformed. My old double shower turned into a wardrobe, the jetted bath tub was replaced with a huge walk through shower. The floors are even heated! I dreamed of nothing on my counters so the cabinet design put everything behind the doors...ultimate make up area on one side and the hair station on the other....29 drawers in all! My mirror even has a built in TV. With all the extra drawers and the new wardrobe cabinet it took a load of cloths out of my jammed closet. Left room for built in shoe cubbies for 107 pair of shoes. Kayron was very flexable with my hectic schedule attending 7am construction meetings to the 7pm visits bringing many samples of cabinet colors, tiles...you name it. I really appreciated how she organized a tight schedule when we needed to pick out granite and fixtures in a half a day I squeezed out of my schedule. The contractor and the trades people appreciated her detailed drawings and the fact she spoke their language. The tile transitions and the molding transitions are so beautiful. Maybe Kayron will post some of the details that I a mentioning. Her research and industry knowledge saved me money time after time. I had my heart set on some Swarovski crystal knobs that were to expensive and she found me a match for much less!I We are now working on the kitchen! Kayron is a pleasure to work with!

Kayron provided a color consultation for me for the majority of the interior of our house. I had an idea of what I wanted, but she found the colors that would actually achieve the look I was going for, given the lighting, the surroundings, and our furnishings. I love the way all of the colors go together, creating dimension without being obvious. Kayron was professional, punctual, and provided a quick summary of the color decisions for our reference. She was also open to follow-up questions as they arose.

We hired Kayron (Studio k-b) after initially seeing her work on Houzz.com. Two things stood out to us- first, we loved her range of work and styles. Second, we noticed how responsive she was to the many questions posed to her on the site. Because our project was fairly extensive (a complete kitchen and Master bath remodel, moving walls, etc) we knew we would need some hand-holding throughout. I cannot say enough about Kayron as a designer, a professional and as a person. She is exceptionally talented- meticulously detail-oriented and knowledgable- but she's also an excellent listener who truly cared about our hopes and ideas for out project-- and our budget. She was responsive to every single one of our hundreds of questions and opinions while diplomatically providing us with her expertise and the benefit of her experience. Every single thing Kayron was involved with was on time and on budget- her cost estimates on target and her billing very clear and transparent. We are thrilled with the outcome of our remodel, and will absolutely be looking forward to working with Kayron in the future.
