That is a lot of roses to handle at one time! You can keep them potted until your planting beds are ready. However, you should really repot them into larger pots (1 or 2 gal) so they can grow on and get a good root system going before the fall.

I always repot my roses into 1gal pots and they do just fine for months. I would feed them organic fertilizer but either nothing or 1/2 strength for the first month or so.

look online as there are places you can purchase the black nursery style pots in bulk.

Minis are winter hardy Just cover the pots well this winter if your beds are not ready.

If I can't plant right away, I like to repot mine into 1 gallon pots and sink the pots in the ground in one of my other gardens. The pots stay cooler than way, which means they don't dry out as fast, and they can over winter quite well that way if they have to.

Repotting the roses into 1 gallon pots would be the best way to go. I have never done it but sinking them into the ground so I will not comment on that, just remember to watch them so they do not dry out.
