I think you last picture, of the little house with the porch overhang is MORE in the keeping of your associated structures - and of course, this would be to scale to have the correct proportion for your shed. I think the middle one with all the trim seems a bit much? Why don't you also fancy up your chicken coup? I have seen these done to the "T" and they are great and focal points for folks visiting in the gardens? And I would imagine the chickens would like their own little garden as well - to walk around in and eat all the bugs? yes? I would make both of these structures FUN and perhaps a little ecentric? After all, what is the fun in having something like this if you cannot use your imagination? Go for it! What about a sloped farm style roof/porch area across the front of your shed - so you could work outside - even if it was raining? Tin Roof? One for the chickens? A tin red roof could be fun. a couple of old chairs? sit and talk with friends while you work? Please show us? :-)
