I think this is a Broad-tailed hummingbird, but am not sure. She has built her nest on top of an angel wind chime, which hangs from my front porch overhang. The nest is three feet from my front door. I shot this photo through the window at the top of the door. Notice the cup hook from which the wind chime is suspended, that gives you an idea of how tiny the nest is.

You can see how she has secured her nest to the angel by wrapping spider webs around it.
