My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Yes it is! From their Euro series. I wish I could have afforded the similarly sized Poulsen "Artichoke" pendant for this space, but at $8k I just couldn't pull the trigger. This was not cheap @ $1500ish, but the scale and form of this pendant really pulls this space together....
