I had a large arp rosemary bush that suffered major dieback this winter. Here in Knoxville we only hit around 12 degrees, so I am apt to assume that this was not the source of the problem. Can insufficient drainage cause a plant to brown in chunks? Should I pull it out and start over or wait to see if the plant rebounds?
