So I have 4 plastic tubs in my back yard with tomatoes and bell peppers in them. One of these tubs has a problem, but I don't know what it is.

When I first planted tomato transplants in it, they didn't grow at all, instead, they wilted. Well, last week I moved one of those out to the side yard (for more sun, I hope) and it's not really growing, but not wilted anymore. It's brothers back in the pot have totally wilted to the point where the plant has fallen over and the stem is kind of shriveled and brown. Last week I also put a pepper into that tub to replace the space left by the old tomato, and it's not looking too hot either.

I'm not sure how one pot could have issues like this. The other tomatoes (from the same six-pack of transplants!) and peppers are doing great. But I used the same soil and fertilizer as in the other pots, so I don't think I'd have a disease in one but not the others.

Could it be a drainage issue? How do I fix that? The tub has the same number of drainage holes as all the other tubs.

I'm at a loss.
