Mail has arrived and wahhhhhhhhhh it wasn't there yet! It's only been two days though, so I am sure it will be here tomorrow - of course, I will be at work then!

Sorry to report the package didn't arrive today. I am going to have to have a word with the postman!!!! Prolonging my agony........grrrrrrrrrr.

What?! really I sent it priority! Calling the 1800 number asap to see what the heck happened to it.

Unfortunately the "3 days" is not a real guarantee. Its just a rough estimate or an average :-). Kind of a rip given how much it costs. No worries though...it will get here when it gets here. And the postman better watch his step! hehe

with mailing out on sat , but more than likely you will get it today. washington is quite a trip from ILL for the postal service > hehehe . veety I hope you saved your conf# . so you can put a tracer on it. if it dose not arrive today.

Oh yeah you betcha I have the confirmation ticket! I'm just surprised since I sent a package to my lil' sis in CA on the same day and she got it yesterday.

I'll keep checking the board though and will get on them if Susan doesn't get it today. keeping my fingers crossed.

Cleaning Poem

I asked the Lord to tell me
Why my house is such a mess.
He asked if I'd been 'puteing',
And I had to answer "yes."

He told me to get off my butt
And tidy up the house.
And so I started cleaning up...
The smudges off my mouse.

I wiped and shined the topside.
That really did the trick...
I was just admiring my work...
I didn't mean to 'click.'

But click, I did, and oops I found
A real absorbing site
That I got SO way into...
I was into it all night.
-Sigh-

Nothing's changed except my mouse
It's very, very shiny.
I guess my house will stay a mess...
While I sit here on my hiney.

Yippeeeee! Sorry to keep y'all waiting for so long!! Traffic was killer tonight and of course I have been going through the box and *seeds*. Thanks so much Vetty for the wonderful box. It was like Christmas. The box was chock full of things. Everything arrived in good shape.

I got a very wonderful pumpkin spice candle (delicious smelling), a cute little address book which I very much needed, a magnetic Mary Englebreit scratch pad for the fridge (love it!), some Hosta and daylily bulbs - have been wanting more!, a very nice purple orchid scented bath set (I will be using this tonight), a cute little girl figurine, a little white picture frame with hearts, some coffee (hubby will enjoy with me :-)),some instant peat pots that I have always wanted to try, a very colorful seascape that is lighted from within and a very nice card congratulating me on the anniversary of buying my house. Thanks again soooooooooo much Vetty. That was great fun!

I had such fun looking through the seed/bulb box! I took out a *few* and will replace with many extras that I have. As I have no bulbs to share I won't be taking any. The special "kiddo" gift is still in the box and since I don't have any it will travel to the next recipient.

I should be able to get the box back on track on Friday. Sue, will wynative get it next or Janet? The last list you posted on here says Janet, but wynative is next on the list in the box and my label is addressed to wynative. Just let me know and I can get it all packed up! Thanks again for letting me play,

OKAY ladies.... I'm Baaaaaccckkkk:) Had a spot of car trouble so was a day late getting back but OHHHHH the goodies are FABULOUS!! Thank you soooo much Susan. I am at work and couldn't get to a computer but have had lots of time to go through the box. LOVE the purple rose's globe (are you the artist?- beautiful work - I have the the Bee Balm (lavender) planted in it already - it smells really wonderful! I recieved 2 very cute garden signs - one with frogs and the other is to let everyone know that my weeds are free for the picking! hehehe, with the 4"+ rain we have got since I returned, I will need all the help I can get with the weeds.

I took the following seeds: trumpet vine red, zinna mix, horse beans:) to cute to pass up, love in a puff vine, shasta daisy's, purple liatris, almost black and mix hollyhocks & catalpa tree seeds.

There are 2 bulbs that are not marked, Sue can you tell me what they might be? and are they hardy in my zone? They are looking a little dry so I am giving them a home.

Thank you for the presents, Susan! & the plants are a welcome addition to my collection.
