I was in the Philippines in mid November and thought I'd post these photos of fruits I took from there:

Mangosteens, mangoes, bananas:





Jackfruits

Soursops

Here's an interesting one, marang(Artocarpus odoratissima), which is native to the Philippines and Borneo. It is related to both the jackfruit and breadfruit, but is an ultratropical like the breadfruit. The taste was lusciously sweet, hard to describe but excellent, and very desirable:

Rattan fruit (Calamus sp.)-much better than Salak!
