I love it! gonna find somewhere to put it thats for sure...im thinking a pretty dish on my dining room table with some rocks and water..isnt that the way you do it? I will let everyone know what was in the box when I get back on tonight and let me just say? My son was OVERJOYED with the laser pointer...lol...and my daughter grabbed that door hanger craft! WHOAAA I hear lightning! gotta run be back in a bit!

middle of summer & I"ve had the flu big time & hope its
about gone , just wanted to take a few mins to see if we can get a up-date on what is going on here .
looks as if maybe kelly might have lost power do to the storm , so we have to give her the weekend ok .
but I'm sure she will post as soon as she can .

I have to say I'm sorry but it is cancled , after haven a few personal ups 7 downs this month i really need to take a break from the robins .
but I will be back later when I get myself pulled togeather :))

I will still keep track of this one and where it is going so please i hope you all will follow the rules & keep me posted as to if your going to be out of town when it is your turn for the box , we can reroute the box back to you when you get back .
we just don't want to have it sit idle for to long .

HI all! So sorry it took me so long to get back to you all! I got the box on Thursday...rifled thru it on Friday...hehhehe....Thursday night it stormed really bad..continued on Friday...took out my modem and my hub...grrrr.....Saturday the storms came in AGAIN...and that was after I promised Susie I would update about the box! Anyway...

There are some wonderful things in the box...I took some seeds and replaced with some seeds...I took the gladiola bulbs and replaced them with some Canus bulbs...:) ..I dont know who put the laser in there but my son thanks you...lol...howeever the cat does not! lol...She has been chasing that laser light all over the porch for a couple days...lol....My daughter loved the door hanger craft and I took the Stamping Up notepad and the gardenia sachets! Whoever did the cross stitch on the is patient! Beautiful work! oh and the bamboo wind chime...oh and the LIVE BAMBOO! how wonderful that was to find...when I got it all opened up ...it was rooting already...wooohooo..I will be getting the box out on Monday (tomorrow) with some new goodies in it!

I am sure loving this! Thanks so much!

Here is picture of what I did with the Bamboo...it is sitting on my dining room table! I am sure I will have to put it in something larger eventually but this will do for now in a pinch...How do you get it to start growing in that spiral like that?

Kelly, so glad to hear that you enjoy my craftiness! I love to cross stitch & have just started attempting my hand at Stamping.

As for the bamboo - I just tie it to a bottle and that's the way it grow's, very nice what you did with it. I always keep it on the 'left' side of a room that I like to be in - suppose to be good luck??

Couldn't resist sending the Lasor - so glad you have a cat, all 3 of mine love to chase them for hours! Keeps my DH entertained also... hehehehe

also someone had put in a glass vase , she said that it
had gotten broken .
please anyone wanting to share something like that please be sure to wrap it in bubblewrap and maybe even put it into another box that will fit into the big box .

I did get the box out on Tuesday and I am not sure why it hasnt been received yet...I am having puter problems...I will check back in on monday to see if the box has been received....I am so sorry it has stopped with me and I do not understand why! I also did send it Priority...I sent two other boxes out the same day and one was to my dad in florida...and he got his box yesterday....

kelly just wanted to give an update that the box is still missing .
so carla says she already has her gifts and a few plants ready to go to the next name on the list so here is what we can do till the other box is found .
carla aka acajuncharm is going to send to newncgardener
she will then fix up a box for irish_rose_grower who will send a box to efrosty1 who will send to me then I will send a box to carla .

but as for the 300-400 pks of seeds that was is the 1st box , well I guess someone will have a great flowerbed next year right ??

if this is ok with the rest of you please send me a email & I will then send you the addy of who you will be sending the box to .

Sue honey go on and pass me. I will not be around next week. Moma's having surgery, and I don't want to hold up anyone else. I will join another RR with you guys at another time. Still no box - as of Tuesday evening! However, I did create a box with a few different types of seeds, lots of plants, & some goodies that I will ship out via Priority Mail with a confirmation number in the morning! What I thought was going to be a tragedy, as I had bought all kinds of house plants for the next person on the list that Sue had sent me the Garden Web name, well needless to say - I rushed to several stores here in my hometown got some unique gifts and got a shovel to digging around the house and packaged up a nice box for Irish_Rose_Grower!! This was so much fun! So heads up everyone!! It is on the way!!

Well, I don't know what to say, but acajuncharm is a gem! She has gone out of her way to get special things to put in this box for me and my son! I spoke to her on the phone today and she sure is charming. We are all lucky to have a special lady like her on this round robin with us. A *big* thank you to Carla and Sue for keeping this round robin going.

Now I'm off to check Efrosty's page to see what she likes and wants. Erica, if you haven't updated your "wants" lately please do it soon :-)

MY! MY! The box did arrive today! Through the USPS.com the tracking number on this box was 0304 1070 0000 6608 5064 - & it left Rockwall, Texas on August 15th, 2005 which was this past Tuesday!! Well, I got it today! Sue - what do you want me to do with the contents!

i'm glad it was found.... must have been over looked by someone...

oh I am so glad it was found! so so so glad! cause when i went to the post office in the afternoon on MONDAY i was told it was already in somewhere in louisiana!

oh and as you can see I added more seeds to the box...probably 50 or so with some extra lil goodies...a couple kiddo things and some grown up stuff also!

I'm working (and I'm sick and feel crappy, had no sleep) and have to leave work early because I'm having my son's birthday party this afternoon.....

Long story short, my babysitter called my work and told me a BIG box just came for me. I'm feeling better already ;-)

HI everyone. Just want to check in quickly and tell you the box arrived yesterday and the plants and contents were in beautiful condition. I'm really sick, just woke up at 11:30 and am ready to go back to bed, but wanted to thank Carla for the beautiful silk roses, chanel sunglasses (nice!) and all the other nice gifts I will list when I feel better.

I hope to get the box off on Monday or Tues.

Me again. Sorry for delay. I'm just starting to feel alive. My son and I were sick and I wasn't able to get to any stores. I just printed up Efrosty's wants list and will use that as a guide. I'm off to the store tomorrow and will try my best to pack it up and mail it off -- but I can't promise it will go out tomorrow.

ok, sorry it has taken me so long to post had a few doctor appointments today..so i'm alittle behind.. wow what a full box of seeds..i had to look a bunch up which was fun.. i swiped a few seeds here and there and removed lance leaf coreopsis,daylily,iris,morning glory,love in the mist,gourd snake,blue globe thistle,hyacinth bean seeds..i added another ziplock bag full..thanks so much for the seeds it was fun to go through..

for the last to days have had to go back & forth to the hospital with or for my day hes 92 & has a very bad chest cold & doc wanted to keep him for a few days says he will be home maybe fri if all is well.
also been planting many many plants & trying to keep up with the trades . I just hope I can keep up this month :)))
