Are you referring to the plant in the front row? Can you give a closer view? Are you sure it's a weed? It appears to be growing in a row.

Please post an image of the plant you need ID'd.
It will be helpful if a sizeable section of the plant is isolated against a plain background.

Well those leaves do look like Euonymous but still hard to id in isolation like that.

How was the ground prepared before the mulch was added? Is this a brand new planting area? What was growing there before?

All those plants look pretty big and well-organized. Although it fits the definition of a weed because you don't want it, but it does look like someone did plan it that way, at first look.

Oh right - I got confused with the new pix. I agree with gardenper. I don't see any obvious 'weeds'. Anyway, we seem to be talking to ourselves since the OP has disappeared.

It happens! If princesses comes back around, I'm sure it will get figured out. I got confused trying to decide which plant was in the closeup, then noticed they're not the same person's plants. I think Leaf offered them for comparison to Euonymus?

In the original pic, the foreground plants (which I think are the ones in question?) are definitely in a row, good call. That's one of few techniques for disguise that weeds have yet to master. Probably shouldn't be saying so, giving them ideas.
