Help to ID weed?

Any help to identify this weed is appreciated! It grows in circular patches and spreads out in the yard in the circular patches. In addition, it lies low to the ground and is extremely hard to pull out. It has little white hairs on the leaves. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.
