I have a new home with poured 9 ft basment walls. The builder covered the interior concrete walls with blanket insulation

The insulation has a plastic covering on the back of the bat,

Can I use this as final wall unsulation? I am worrying about mold issues once you cover this up in the walls, Or should I remove this and go with rigid 2" panel insulation?
