Door height/width decision help

We are building a new contemporary / transitional style home with mostly 10' ceiling except a couple 9' ceiling bedrooms. We have a hard time deciding the exterior and interior door height.

Exterior front doors: 8' tall, 6' wide door set with 3' door and 2 sidelights.

Exterior french doors to backyard: 8' tall 3' wide

Windows: 8' header to line up with the doors. Living/family room has 6' tall windows with no transom - 2' from both the ground and ceiling

Interior door (to bedroom, bath, and closet): 8' tall

Living room,

- one side faces the entry door (8' tall)

- one side faces the office with double french glass door (2 units of 2'4" wide) and coat closet (2'6" wide)

- one side faces the family room. Left side has double french glass door (2 units of 2'4" wide) and right side has a glass pocket door (2'8")

Most interior doors are 2'8". Some are 2'6". Few are 2'4"

QUESTIONS:

1. For 8' exterior doors, would 3' wide door feel out of proportion (skinny and tall)? If so, I can make the backyard doors 3680. For front door, I can't make it wider. My option is to leave the door at 3' wide or make the door wider but the sidelights become skinner.

2. Since I have some narrow doors (2'4"), would you recommend (A) keep all interior and exterior doors at 8' height for consistency. My biggest concern is the office double french door that is right next to the front door is too skinny (B) use 7' interior door and allows the interior door height and exterior door height to have 1' delta?

3. At the same hall way, how noticeable if I mix 7' and 8' high door? I am considering using 7' door for kids bedrooms.

Thank you very much for your advice in advance!
