I think they are standard sized. (I looked into it about 10 years ago when I discovered my cabinets were not normal, hoping there would be smaller dishwashers for mobile homes that I could use. There weren't, and it was before drawers were invented.)

One of you could get a tape measure and go measure the space in the mobile home. Then we'd have some info to go on.

Yeah, you can't really just go by whether it's a mobile home or not. I lived a long time in a regular CBS home that only had a space for an 18" DW unless I took out a wall.

No, you get to decorate at will, pretty much the same way you would in a regular house. My parents had a good friend who spent most of her retirement on cruise ships and she opted for a mobile home, but you'd never have known that's what it was just from seeing the inside. Her kitchen was bigger than my parents'. Of course, when it rained, as she herself pointed out, there was no pretending about what it really was. :)

Real travel trailers and RVs tend to opt for smaller appliances, but non-mobile mobile homes, not so much.
