kitche faucet may be puts out very low water pressure. if you want to save water, Go ahead.

Actually, it works just fine, I did it for years in a bath where the sink had 8" holes for the handles. A kitchen faucet fit, was cheaper, and no one ever noticed I'd used a kitchen faucet. I also liked being able to move the faucet out of the way for some things at the sink.

The only real difference between most bath and kitchen faucets is the space of the handles.

A kitchen faucet MAY NOT be installed on a bathroom lavatory sink because a kitchen faucet is rated for an 1-1/2" drain and a lavatory is only an 1-1/4" drain.

Look around at all of the brands- there are so many bathroom choices - i would stick with a bath faucet

Not sure if you're placing at sink or tub, but I can tell you it doesn't work as a tub filler. Previous owner did that in our house and it takes FOREVER to fill the tub. When we get a new tub, we'll get a roman faucet set with separate spray (because it's great to have a spray in the tub). For a sink, I'd take lazypup's advice. I think there are plenty of lav faucets with high arcs/reaches....
