Wimberly: It's unfortunate the label at the back of the tub is a little unreadable.. do you recognize it? I'm not sure of it.

regarding the tub, I think it is Jacuzzi brand, I have a tub this shape in my master and that is what it is, the tag is also the same shape and color. I forget the model name, I put it in about 6 years ago.

I'm putting in a Signature oval and we are building up the area around the outside oval to bring it up to the height of the flat top. Then I'm having my marble contractor put it over the tub with an ogee edge to reveal only the bevel on the top where the controls are to our tub - Jacuzzi J3D6042 Signature. It's billed as a 'drop in' but my stone guy has done many like this. It gives a really upscale look to a tub that will only be used sporadically and be more of a showpiece than anything. Using all vintage faucets, etc. too. Can't wait to see it all done!
