I bought and installed reclaimed Douglas fir tongue and groove floors in my Victorian. I loved the distressed color they were - gray/brown from years of glue. Now that they are sanded and smooth they are almost blonde. Does anyone have a recommendation for a stain to give them a more weathered gray brown look? All the stains i have seen are very traditional Browns, would like something with gray in it. Thanks!
