Hello,

I'm a little confused. Our Bosch Integra dishwasher is two years old and since day one never spotted. All of sudden it is. We have not changed soap or rinse agent. We have city water that I seriously doubt suddenly changed in chemical make up. Any ideas what is going on here? I used the adjustment for spotting/streaking and tried every possible range of settings and I still get spots and mineral sort of deposits.

I know I should call Bosch, but I understand they take forever and to be honest, I find the people on this forum to be far more knowledgeable than any support person I have ever spoken to! :-)
