It appears that the designer was mimicking the vertical proportions of Gothic architecture. The roof pitch appears greater than 12:12 to my eye. I particularly like how the ends of the rafters are tapered to make them more graceful, and to make the roof appear to float without a fascia.

The only time a roof is too steeply pitched for a metal roof is when the roofing contractor tells you there's no way he's installing metal roofing. In such an instance, the framing
contractor may have a message for you prior to the roofer.

The "windows" above the entry door appear to be a pair of French doors.

Without much thought, I would guess that it it about 16' wide, and maybe a 12/8 pitch. There is no limit on how steep a metal roof can be; they do metal on walls, after all, which are perfectly vertical. The lower sections of my gambrel roof barn are 12/7, and the contractor said it was more like a wall than a roof, but they had no problem with it.

16 in 12 pitch and 16 ft wide is probably accurate but the vertical siding appears to be the real thing.

The siding is cypress reverse board and batten.

Are these a standard size window,the four top and four bottom.
I'm trying to rough sketch to scale to give us a idea of how it will look.

The windows appear to be custom size casements (maybe awnings), proportioned to achieve a distinct vertical proportion and Gothic character. There's nothing standard like this. I'd guesstimate the bottom windows as around 2'W X 5'H, or thereabouts.

What is to steep for a metal roof ?

When you hear the roofers shouting "On belay!" :)

Look at the lockset on the front door ... those are 36" to 42" up from the bottom of the door. With that as a starting point you can figure out the rest of the dimensions.

It's a stunningly vertical look.
