My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello-
    Thank you for your question and interest in this room. Above the fireplace is an oil painting done by a local Charleston artist, Laura Lloyd Fontaine. In addition to originals, she offers her work in giclee, which is a print of the original. Her's are unique in that she will paint ver the print with a brush to give life and texture.     She is also a featured artist on ballarddesigns.com. This painting can be found on the website. it is really beautiful. I knew the painting looked familiar and i went to ballard designs and i am so thrilled this painting is there for sale at the moment.
