Planning a laundry room

I posted this on the remoldeling forum but thought I would pass it along here.....

I need a pantry and a laundry room on the first floor to save me aging knees. I knew I had seen the perfect design and had to do some searching.....ended up taking free 2 week trial to Fine Homebuilding online (local library issues missed this one issue by one month!)

It has good, better, best - best being a laundry, pantry. food prep/or utility sink for we gardeners, brooms, etc. Just what I want!!

If you know someone who keeps their back issues give them a call. It is Fine Homebuilding 11/1/03, issue #159. "Hard-Working Pantries."
