I agree with the comment above. If on a budget and unable to rip up all the tile, etc. try to work with what you have. Painting the vanities gray would modernize them and would pop against the white tile. Also, you could paint the walls in a glamorous dark gray such as BM Chelsea Gray or Kendall Charcoal, change the fixtures and mirrors, and install a chandelier over your tub. Or go with a lighter gray or spa blue color for a clean and bright look.
