I usually have no problem complaining about something that makes me angry. My Kenmore Oasis set made me angry. Luckily, we were able to get Sears to take the set back. The finally credited my card for the complete purchase price.

We replaced the Oasis with the LG WM0642Hw and DL60452W. They are the front loaders that look like traditional machines. With first floor install,we were worried about vibration and noise. We were pleasantly surprised.

The units were delivered and left in our garage. We had to order a bottom-venting kit for the dryer. It took a few days to arrive. The retailer had no idea what we needed, but LG customer service took care of it.

I did the install with the help of a neighbor. The bottom vent kit was a little hard to install because my hands and arms were too big for the holes. My wife's weren't! Then the neighbor and I carried them in.

The were installed in a tiled laundry room off of our kitchen. We were concerned about vibration and noise. The machines have been installed for over six months and are quiet and vibration free. I expected some movement like I got from the Oasis, but nothing - very quiet and vibration free. They do a wonderful job cleaning and look nice too.

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a set that you won't be stacking.
