Dining Area Size and Lighting

Our open floor plan house has a dining area where we eat all our meals and which is also used for entertaining. Eventually I may replace the chairs, and will definitely replace the lighting fixture. The light fixture must swag because the junction box is in one of the ceiling beams(and electrical is hard in post and beam homes).
Another possible eventual project is the replacement of the banister that separates the dining area with a wall(which would be a bookcase in the sunroom).
So keeping in mind all these eventualities here is the question: do you like where the table is situated in the space currently?

Or do you like it if I shift the table to the left in order to have more clearance in front of the two doors on the right wall?

This is just an extra picture showing the banister.
