I am getting swallowed up by the details of building full custom + raising 3 little boys + homeschooling due to traveling with husband's job. Help!

Trying to figure out the right scale of lighting for over an island that is about 7' X 4'. There will be recessed lighting in an arch that separates the kitchen from the great room + a chandelier that is glass + ORB over the dining nook. There is an island separating the great room/kitchen under the arch, then there is a floating island in the middle of the kitchen. This is the one I want to figure the lights out for. I will attach a (bad) rendering at the end.

Was debating between individual pendants, maybe acorn style--2 larger (8-10" diam)or 3 smaller (5-6") OR a two arm style light like the one below that is about 22" across. Would the 22" fixture be too small? Maybe two of these 22" fixtures--or is that too big?

You can see some lights in the rendering that I was playing with, but I am unable to resize them--or I can't figure out how to anyway.

Anyone with Chief Architect experience know how to do this? I've looked around in the open symbol area, but can't figure it out.

The pendants are 10" diam, I think, and the mission lights are 4-arm (instead of 2-arm) and are 28" wide instead of 22".

I will also attach a picture of an antique light fixture that I love that is 22" wide.

The house has a lot of arts & crafts influences--simple lines, natural textures, but not the stark mission style.

Hope this gives someone enough info to get some input. I am crazed even just trying to type this message--it's the time of day when the boys can't sit still!
