Several folks have had success with Bianco Antico with offwhite cabinets. Beekeeperswife is one of them. The slabs vary-but, in general, the white/light gray and taupe combination should work for you. It does seem to look lighter once in place.

jewel-1, if I have already suggested this, I do apologize for repeating. Bianco Antico is a stone that sometimes it is very cool--lots of white/taupe/gray. It would go great with all of the colors your are mentioning. It truly is amazing. I know in the showroom where our stone came from they repainted in a Pear Green color and it looked great. I've got a gray with mine, donnakay has a warmer tone with hers.

It really depends on the particular slab you choose. So make sure to look at what's available.

Maybe when you go to the slab yard, take some colors with you, whether it's a piece of clothing, a tablecloth, a pillow from your couch....just something with some of these colors so you can see how the slabs look with them.

I had a similar issue with granite. Almost all the slabs has warm tones in them, and those that weren't tended to be very green or very blue (and very pricey).

Get your cabinet maker to paint a scrap oif wood for your in your cabinet color, and paint a scrap of drywall in your paint color and take them shopping with you. But still, most of the warehouses had terrible lighting, so take samples home with you of any "maybes," so you can view them in the light quality in your home.

all of your comments are helping. I know there is a slab out there with our name on it, we just have to find it.
Was so disappointed about the River White. A beautiful slab, but way too many splotches of red or brown.
