i'm in the process of getting estimates for replumbing a 4 unit building (each with one bath/kitchen/water heater)from galvanized to copper.

estimates are from self employed plumbers to repipe companies and range in price quotes. at this time, self employed plumbers are giving better price estimates.

i'd like to know if anyone can share a sample replumbing contract to make sure all points are covered- for my end (ie the homeowner).

i have one lic'd plumber who has done some plumbing for me (and major repipes for others) give a very good estimate but it has always been thru a verbal contract and a handshake.

for one man operators, i normally use an independent contractors contract.
