You may also want to try Palladian Blue.

SW Comfort Gray, but it may read too green for you. SW Krypton, more blue.

Try SW Window Pane #6210, Glimmer #6476, or Farrow & Ball's Pale Powder.

I love sw sea salt, which is one up on the card from comfort gray.

One lighter on the SW Krypton strip is Northstar. I just painted a swatch in my bathroom. The formula does have a touch of green, but it reads silvery blue when you put it next to anything green. It looks better with my blue towels than my light green.

I was going to suggest SW Comfort Gray, also. I'm usually a Ben Moore kind of girl, but this color was too perfect to risk with color matching. It's not gloomy or cold and looks just as you describe; silvery blue with a touch of green. My downstairs bath is this color and I get lots of compliments.

I recently was invited to see a newly constructed bathroom. I admired the wall color which was Woodlawn and I thought it was Palladian Blue. The color is an aqua, and I know every room and every light is different in every room, but in this particular bath Woodlawn was definitely a light aqua. I did not view it as having a silvery quality...very pretty, but not as you described.

Try Ben Moore Quiet Moments. It's one of my favorites.

I was going to suggest Quiet Moments, too. I just tried it in a north facing room and it seemed to have the color you are looking for.

Thank you everyone for the advice. I got samples of all of these colors plus a few more. I wound up going with BM Silver Gray. Never in a million years would I have thought to look at colors that were truly gray on the chips. It shows up as a nice grey blue with a hint of green...definitely more blue than green which was my goal.

Now, I need some towels. Anyone use Pottery Barn Hydro towels?
