Nice piece!!

very nice! who is the artist?

Very nice. And I like the lamps with the painting.

The artist is Jolina Anthony. It's been a pleasure working with her this past week. She took the time to photoshop different paintings and let me know her thoughts. She even includes a package of german chocolates which is a nice touch.

Dee - We purchased the lamps on Monday and our opinion of them changes by the hour. They do look softer in person since they're actually glass. I went ahead and ordered two satin nickel lamps to see how they would work. We have plenty to do in our house so we'll end up using them somewhere.

I like it very much and I like the lamps with the painting, too.

Very cool painting, and I love your current lamps. Word of caution though: Etsy's addictive. ;-)

Very nice and the lamps look great. You are doing a wonderful job. c

It's perfect!

Really nice! It kind of looks like a mosaic. I like those lamps there too, but the satin nickel ones also sound great.

I love the art piece - very interesting.

I wonder if you would consider having it framed? I think a dark frame would bring up some of the darker color from the furniture and the floors, and would create a little larger visual impact above the couch.

I like the lamps a lot in the room - brings in some warm tones to transition between the warm colors of the leather and all the cool colors in the space.

The only thing is I wish they were a bit taller. Almost everything in the room is right at the "horizon line" of the wainscot - the furniture is all about that height, the lower part of the bookcases hits at that spot, the tv is at that height. I think taller lamps might be more effective there to break that up. But, I would rather see these than silver, so I would sacrifice height for the color.

Your room is coming along very nicely.
