Wall quilt rack sources?

Now that my kitchen is finally getting painted, I want to get a quilt rack to hang on the wall of my dining "nook" and hang my blue/yellow quilt that was made for my kitchen.

I found Robinson's Wood Crafts.com on the internet with good prices for a simple shelf wall rack. Do any of you know of other sources or woodworkers that you would recommend? Any dear husbands that make wall racks?

Teresa, I got a quilt ladder from Robinson's several years ago (probably longer than I think!). It's very well made and looks wonderful.

My DH is perfectly capable of making such items but I didn't want to wait 20 years for him to get around to doing it, so I bought one. I let him help me assemble and finish it. :)

I looked at a booth at our local Guild show - the line was long, and I didn't wait to speak to the guy, but I thought his work was nice, and I kept the brochure.
Nothing very fancy - but plain and reasonable.

There's a great guy in New Lenox, Illinois (Just outside of Chicago) who can built most anything you could want. His email address is: rgt10 at comcast dot net

Send him an email with an idea of what you might like and he'll get back to you, I'm sure. You won't see quilt racks in his gallery, but it's sure something that he could do.
