Your red toned floor, and your green toned cabinets and sage island, likely reinforce each other, since they are opposites on the color wheel. All the colors and materials you've mentioned except the stainless are warm - so my first question would be, do you want to cool it down a bit, or keep the warmth? And what sort of backsplash do you have?

I would like a color that pops the cabinets so I guess it would be a cool color. The backsplash is a tumbled stone that has the earth colors. Pkease help me

In that case, I would pick up one of the deeper, cooler natural tones in your tumbled stone backsplash and granite. Deeper, to give you the contrast that makes your walls recede and your cabinets and stone stand out. And your reddish mahogany floors would look gorgeous with deep neutral walls in the gray family.

Earth colors usually include varieties of grays and browns, so you might start there - of course the usual advice applies - make sample boards, and move them all around the space.
