Insulation

I have an inside wall that has a vent for our microwave extending to the outside. This wall is not insulated and is approximately 120 sq ft. I would like some ideas as how I can insulate this wall. The wall extends to the basement.. Most of our walls are not insulated, but we have aluminum siding on them.. Suggestions appreciated..
