I'm in NYC and was wondering about from what to what it would cost to replace the BX cable running between (plugs) receptacles. Had damage after Sandy. They said they would replace the back box, the outlet and take out the old damaged cable leading from the receptacle up the wall and then to the switch in the ceiling and then back down into the next receptacle. It would include opening a bit of the ceiling and making holes in paneling where needed. Is $275 per receptable a good price or too high? This is guy stuff and I don't want to overpay. Thanks much!
